Hello! So nice to hear from you Julie! I have been thinking about the treatment a lot. These past weeks I've felt much closer to myself and my spirit. I've felt more peaceful, present and grounded. The treatment was really helpful for me and I'm so happy I did it. It has helped me a lot now when I'm back in busy Stockholm. l even feel that I perform better at work. Thank you so much Julie! 🥰 I've already implemented a morning routine to start the day right, and to balance my energy. I've included a yoga session and meditation to continue focusing on myself. In addition I can feel my own energy during the mediation which is strange because I didn't feel it before ☺️

Hey Julie, thank you so much for the experience yesterday. It was amazing and very eye opening, you were very kind and generous with your practice and I feel somewhat closer to my energy as a result. You were very generous thank you. What a perfect way to end a trip, although I'm almost sad I didn't see you at sooner!! I had the strangest pain when I landed in Australia this morning, it was brief and lasted only 10 minutes or so but it was like my third eye chakra in between my eyebrows was pulsating. Very interesting! If you have any recommendations on books or podcasts I could read/listen to l would be verv interested

I feel fkn great!!! Best ive felt in weeks!!! I want to dance Was sooo tired last night. Went to sleep at like 7pm and got up at 5am feeling great!!
